Last year September this day our youngest Luna was born.  I am a mom for the third time but each experience has been completely different.  We wanted Luna so much, we prayed for him.  He is our blessing, everything we have been hoping and waiting for. I wrote this when Luna was six months.  He is now 7months and I am going to go on and publish it. It shows  how busy life is. It was new to me when we had to schedule his arrival.  His two sisters came at their own time.  Life is unpredictable, that’s what makes it fun. […]

Last week Thursday the kids started school.  The kids slept at 8pm sharp a day before they start school.  They were looking forward to sleep because they were exhausted.  We had a movie date and had loads of playtime in the mall.  You can read about our movie date here if you want. I was hoping to do a 5ish km before I start the day but I only managed to kick the blankets at about 6am.  I was not going to be able to drop them on time should I start with 5km run, so I settled for a quicker […]

Muli and Zee say the darndest things

Today I am relaxed at home.  Zee is under the weather.  I took off few days from work to keep an eye on her.  She was grumpy this morning and her tiny bad attitude landed her in a naughty corner.  After a very brief time in a naughty corner, I called her.  She came, but refused for me to hold her (she is breaking my heart).  I went on working on my laptop, and found her sleeping like this. It was cute.  I wished I could freeze the moment.  I remembered that I used to document special moments like this somewhere.  Then it hit me “conversations with myself”, […]

First Day of Kindergarten.

Written by , Posted in Kids

A day before Zee went to Kindergarten, I slept very late. I kept on turning and tossing waiting for the sun to come out so I can see the day when Zee goes to school for the first time. And guess what?. I over slept, ha. I woke up an hour later than my normal wake-up time. I quickly got ready and prepared the kids. Zee was excited. She kept on saying ‘go kool’. Meaning I am going to school. She repeated the words many times. It is very neat to watch Muli interacting with her little sister. She is a […]

Zee is 18 months and she is starting kindergarten tomorrow. She thinks she started too late, ha!. She does not understand why should Muli go to school and leave her. Every morning she wears Muli’s school uniform and refuses to take it out. When I came from work I made her carry her new backpack. She was very excited for like 2.5 minutes. I just blinked and there was no bag on her back, she threw it on the floor. Ha!. But she thinks she is so ready to go to school. Ready or not, we are excited and ready […]

{Zee is  7 months now.  I got this unpublished posts in my drafts and could not let this important update go to trash}. Our youngest girl is 3 months old today.  We never thought this much contentment is possible.  She fits in so perfectly in our family.  Muli has never been happier.  Life with Zee is full of special moments and new developments. It seems like she reaches a new milestone every day . If I have said it, and every mommy have said it, I’m going to say it 10000 times more, where did time go.  Was it not […]

Life with a new born. It does get better.

Its been 2 month since we have welcomed Zee in our family.  She got us all wrapped around her tiny finger.  We love her and its just sweet seeing her smiling back at us now. My mother came to help and she stayed with us for first 3 weeks.  I am so thankful.  Cullo took a one week off work  too, the week the baby arrives.  He again took two more weeks once Mama left.  I had a lot of support in those critical weeks. I had to wake up every time to feed and no one can help there […]
