Galeries Lafayette – Paris

Day 2 in Paris and we did what Parisians do, shopping. This place is known as being a symbol of the Parisian chic fashion and French elegance. It offers expensive luxury brands. We spent hours walking around this mall. The shopping experience here is totally like no other. Believe me, even Cullo was consumed in shopping, I was the one who kept on saying ‘lets go’.
The Lafayette is huge with sections for men, ladies and kids fashion. There is a massive floor displaying lingerie. You can also find jewelleries. We had our drinks with pastries in one of the dining areas. In one big open space you find dedicated sections for brands. There was 40 to 50% sale in some brands but they were too expensive even on sale. I got Muli some cute clothes though. You don’t have to be a fashion addict to enjoy this place. On Roof level we were spoiled by stunning view of Paris.
The view was breath taking.
I have special love for Eiffel Tower. One of my request was to see Eiffel Tower when I first landed in France. And my request was granted, thanks to Cullo. He is incredibly special. This view of Eiffel Tower was awesome.
I got a sense of peace and quite, luxury and pleasure in this place.
