The morning sun is extra shining today.  As I was running, it was so quiet and peaceful in a way that I could not help, but listen to my own thoughts.  Today I was thinking about the start of the day presenting each of us with 84,600 seconds.  How fair is that?.  Everyone young or old, reach or poor.  It is up to individuals how they use their seconds.  I can sit on the couch and nibble on my finger nails all day long or I can be busy zooming the facebook pictures on my desk at work for the rest of the day.  I must not be surprised though when ‘Marry’ gets the promotion I wanted.  The boss favours the hard workers.   Its not all about luck its also how we use the opportunities of seconds presented to us in a day.  Opportunities happens to all of us.

I pondered about the message that Cullo once taught so beautifully to a group of students.  He was teaching on how to live in the light of Ecclesiastes 9:11.  Still today those students who are seeking wisdom and their purpose in life still refer to the message when they fall off the wagon.  And it is engraved in my mind.

Ecclesiastes 9:11.

I have seen something else under the sun: The race is not to the swift or the battle to the strong, nor does food come to the wise or wealth to the brilliant or favour to the learned; but time and chance happen to them all.

In short, work diligently while the sun still shines on you and take actions while the situation is favourable.

Take care,
