Satisfying my curiosity .

I feel pushed for time this days. In 4 weeks time we will be going back to SA. There is so much to see, and time is fleeing. There seems to be so much beauty to appreciate and so much to experience. When I jog along Cher river there is this awesome view.
I always wanted to explore the area. I tried once while jogging. The place was a bit far. At 6km I was just halfway through and I decided to turn back. I was not in the mood to run 20km plus. The thought of exploring the place haunted me every time I run along Cher valley. Thanks to Ladybird, last week I satisfied my inner self and biked all the way.
I finally took the plunge and cycled in the cool morning breeze. The scenery was worth the sacrifice. To reach the place, there was a steep, scary hill to climb. I parked ladybird and walked the way up the hill.
After conquering the small hill there was a main road. It was not safe to walk there and going back felt like the best option. I felt good that I came so close to the place.
Going back I took a different route. I cycled in the village. How beautiful is that small jet of water. Tranquil life in Allee des Mariniers village.
I sat down on this bench and watched elderly guys playing a French game called boules.
I was surrounded by beautiful colours of mother nature.
After it all curiosity satisfied – contentment.
Take care,
Nez
