Camps bay beach in Cape Town
Written by Nez, Posted in Travel, Comments: Want to make another one
Oh! how I missed the white, long sandy beaches of Cape Town. Last week we spent most of our days at Camps bay. Camps bay is one of the trendiest and most beautiful beaches in Cape Town.
It attracts thousands of local people and tourist in summer seasons. Last week the beach was not packed as it was a week after new years day. There is so much to do to pass time. One can just lie down by the palm trees and be delighted as they feast the eyes to the amazing view of lions head.
I also like to observe cloud caps as they hover above the nearby mountains.
Some people where just there to take a walk along the beach while others were tanning under the glorious sun.
Nearby is Victoria road, lined with restaurants, hotels and boutique shops.
We were there to build sand castles and for just pure relaxation.
There was a time when I had a power nap while Cullo and Muli were playing, and I was woken up by the loud sound of sea waves. It was HEAVENLY!.
I hope those who are not yet back to work are making use of the last days of summer holidays.
Take care,
Nez
